Discover — We explore your goals, learners, challenges, content, and project requirements.
Define — We clarify the performance need, desired outcomes, project scope, and what success looks like.
Design — I determine the learning strategy, structure, interactions, and overall learner experience.
Develop — I build the solution, incorporate feedback, test functionality, and make agreed-upon revisions.
Deliver — You receive the completed learning solution and any additional deliverables agreed upon for the project.
