My background in education shaped the way I approach instructional design: I start with the end in mind, seek to understand the learner, identify what they need to know or do, and design purposeful experiences that make learning practical and accessible. Today, I apply that approach to eLearning, professional development, client onboarding, microlearning, performance support, and multimedia learning.
I bring both instructional thinking and hands-on development to my work, using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, and other digital learning technologies to move projects from analysis and design through development and evaluation.
How I Design
I believe effective learning should be clear, purposeful, accessible, and grounded in real needs. Rather than starting with a tool or format, I begin by understanding the learner, the performance challenge, and the desired outcome—then determine the right solution.
Let’s Work Together
I’m open to instructional design and eLearning opportunities with organizations in Canada and the United States, including full-time, part-time, contract, and freelance work.
